Harlingen, TX – The city of Harlingen is in shock after the tragic murder of 19-year-old Jonathan Albert Trancoso. Harlingen Police Department discovered Trancoso’s body last night at the Arroyo Hike and Bike Trail near the Business 77 bridge. He had sustained a gunshot wound.
