McAllen Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Octavio Guerrero, a 50-year-old man wanted on several arrest warrants for theft. Described as having black hair, brown eyes, and standing at approximately five feet six inches tall, Guerrero weighs around 140 pounds.
