Decomposed Body Discovered in Mission Field, Police Investigating
Authorities in Mission are probing the circumstances surrounding a body found in a field, with the identity and cause of death yet to be determined
Mission Police are currently investigating a decomposed body that was discovered in a field this afternoon. The unsettling find was reported by a local resident passing through the 200 block of South Bryan Road, who promptly called 911 around 12:30 p.m.
According to police investigators, the body is estimated to have been in the field for approximately two to three weeks. Authorities are also uncertain about the presence of foul play and are diligently gathering leads to uncover the truth.
