The incident occurred on April 19, when Damian Tobias allegedly fired a handgun at a Chevrolet truck traveling in front of the property where he was staying. By the time officers arrived, Damian had fled the scene. Investigators later determined that his sister, Jocelyn Tobias, had hidden him from law enforcement.

Damian Tobias is now facing multiple charges, including three counts of aggravated assault and one count of deadly conduct. His bond has been set at a substantial $400,000. Meanwhile, Jocelyn Tobias faces a charge of tampering with evidence, with her bond set at $6,000.
