No Refusal Policy and Legal Consequences:
Authorities remind drivers that the no refusal policy will be in effect, requiring motorists to submit to a breathalyzer or blood alcohol test when police obtain a warrant. In addition to legal ramifications, impaired driving can result in up to 180 days in jail and fines of up to $15,000.
