Garbage Truck Rollover in Elsa: Wet Road Conditions to Blame

A garbage truck rollover incident occurred earlier today near FM 483 and Mile 21 in Elsa.

Wet Road Conditions Likely Culprit

Fire departments from Elsa and Edcouch were on the scene responding to the accident. According to officials, the rollover is suspected to have been caused by wet road conditions.

Driver and Passenger Safe

In a fortunate turn of events, both the driver and the passenger of the garbage truck managed to exit the vehicle on their own. They were thereafter transported to a local hospital with only minor injuries. The Department of Public Safety (DPS) is currently handling the ongoing investigation into the incident.
