Owner of Star Monument Indicted for Theft, Arrested in Starr County
he owner of Star Monument, Noie Hasbrouck III, has been indicted on theft charges in Starr County. At least 23 elderly individuals and 17 others were identified as victims. Hasbrouck has been arrested and booked into the Starr County Jail. #StarrCounty #Theft
