Carlos Arrez Arrested in Cameron County for Parole Violation and Child Sexual Assault Charges
Carlos Orlando Arrez, wanted for two counts of child sexual assault in Austin, was arrested by U.S. Marshals today and is now in custody at the Carrizalez Rucker Detention Center without bond.
