Law enforcement officials are actively searching for a wanted fugitive last seen in Edinburg, Texas. The Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 38-year-old Randy James Gutierrez, who is wanted for a sex offender registration violation.
Authorities describe Gutierrez as having tattoos on both arms and one leg. His last known whereabouts were within the city limits of Edinburg. Officials are urging residents to remain vigilant and to immediately report any sightings.
